This site is operated by gui·olsen. This policy explains what data is collected, how it is used, and how you can ask for it to be deleted.

What we collect

Contact form submissions: name, email, and any message you send us.
Analytics: pages visited, general location (country/city level), device type, via Google Analytics (GA4).
Campaign leads (Brazil): name, email, WhatsApp number, company or area, and the problem type you select, when you fill out a lead form.

We do not sell your data. We do not share it with third parties beyond the tools listed below, which we use to run this business.

Cookies

We use cookies for two purposes: to remember your consent choice, and, if you accept, to run analytics that help us understand how the site is used. You can accept or decline when the banner appears. Declining means no analytics cookies are set.

Where your data lives

Depending on how you contacted us, your data may be stored in:

Google Analytics (GA4) — aggregated site usage data
FluentCRM — if you submitted a lead form for a campaign
Brevo — if you’re on our email list
Your WhatsApp conversation history with us, if we spoke there

Your rights

You can ask us to:

Tell you what data we have about you
Correct inaccurate data
Delete your data

To make a request, contact us through the site’s contact form or WhatsApp. We will confirm your identity, remove your data from the systems listed above where applicable, and confirm in writing once it’s done. We aim to respond within a reasonable timeframe, generally within 15 business days.

Note: some analytics data (Google Analytics) may not be deletable at the individual level once collected, depending on how it was recorded. We will do what is technically possible and let you know if something can’t be removed.
