The challenge
Diamond Personalizações e Projetos is a manufacturer in Campinas, Brazil. It makes custom promotional products, mainly pens, and it also offers industrial printing: pad printing, hot stamping and heat transfer for other companies’ parts.
That is two businesses with two kinds of buyer. A company that needs 100 branded pens wants to choose a model and a color, add its logo, see the shipping and pay, ideally without a phone call. An industrial buyer wants to know what the plant can do, see examples of finished work and ask for a quote. One website had to serve both without confusing either.
What I did
I gave each buyer their own path and built the site on WordPress with Elementor and WooCommerce.
- A store that closes standard orders by itself. A product catalog with filters by price, category and color, and a page for every item with its variants and pack sizes.
- Customization inside the product page. The buyer chooses the printing method (pad printing, UV engraving, screen printing), sees the extra cost, and uploads the artwork right there.
- Delivery and payment without friction. A shipping calculator by postal code on each product, online payment, and clear highlights for free shipping in Campinas and special freight for large orders.
[VERIFY: confirm the payment methods and the shipping rules] - A separate page for industrial printing. Written for the technical buyer: the four processes, a gallery of finished work across consumer brands, electronics, cosmetics and automotive, the reasons to choose Diamond, the sectors served and a “request a quote” action.
- Trust on the home page. The story of the company, photos of the plant, logos of customers, Google reviews shown on the page and a short FAQ on the printing process, deadlines, shipping and returns.
- Easy contact. WhatsApp during business hours, or a form, on every page.
The look is a deep green with clean white sections and the diamond mark, so a catalog of colorful products stays at the center.
The result
The company now has a store where a standard order can go from product to payment without a phone call, and a separate page that presents its industrial capability to buyers who need a quote.
